What moves them?<br>Communication isn\u2019t about imposing your message \u2014 it\u2019s about creating connection.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Founders who connect, scale better.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Great leaders don\u2019t just have vision \u2014 they know how to share it.<br>If you can\u2019t move others \u2014 investors, talent, or customers \u2014 through your communication, your growth will be limited. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And this isn\u2019t about being extroverted or having \u201cnatural\u201d charisma.<br>It\u2019s about strategic preparation: crafting your story, practicing on video, managing pauses, filler words, tone, and gestures. Yes \u2014 gestures matter, a lot.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A simple, powerful, and forgotten tool: the notebook.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most transformative exercises shared was to start documenting your life.<br>Reflecting and writing daily helps you understand your growth as a leader, gain clarity, and build a message with purpose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Your own life is your most powerful message. But if you don\u2019t write it down, you\u2019ll forget it. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The key question for founders: a three-year vision.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before wrapping up the day, a question was posed \u2014 one every founder should ask themselves (and their team) at least once a year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cThree years from now, what needs to change for you to be at your personal and professional best?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond metrics, funding rounds, or growth, this reflection sparks more honest, deeper, and more sustainable conversations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you take away as a founder from this Bcapital Day<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communicating with impact isn\u2019t a matter of luck \u2014 it\u2019s something you train.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your story has power.
