BCORPORATE DAY, INNOVATION IN CONNECTION
BCOMBINATOR ESTABLISHES BCORPORATE DAY 2025 IN MADRID AS A LANDMARK EVENT FOR CORPORATIONS AND STARTUPS
In a context defined by digital transformation and the need to build sustainable synergies, Madrid has established itself as a meeting point between major corporations and Spanish startups. On September 16, the capital hosted the third edition of Bcorporate Day, a private event organized by Bcombinator in collaboration with Banco Sabadell. The gathering took place at the bank’s BStartup Hub and brought together more than thirty leading national and international companies, alongside a dynamic group of emerging startups. The initiative aimed to foster strategic connections capable of driving innovation, opening business opportunities, and enabling scalability in an increasingly competitive and globalized business environment
Innovation and strategic alliances as drivers of growth
The event brought together top-tier corporations, including Airbus Defence and Space, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Atresmedia, Deloitte, Dominion, Bankinter, Iveco, Estrella Galicia, Mutua Madrileña, Naturgy, NTT Data, Renault, and Talgo, along with numerous other companies with a strong presence in the Spanish economy. The day was designed to facilitate meaningful conversations between executives and entrepreneurs, with the goal of forging strategic alliances that go beyond traditional networking.
Innovation was the central theme of this edition. Participating startups had the opportunity to present agile and disruptive solutions to specific corporate challenges, while large companies explored new ways to leverage the creativity and flexibility of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. In this way, the event reinforced the idea that collaboration between both worlds is essential to accelerate transformation processes and unlock opportunities in new markets.
Building a strong bridge between corporations and startups
In addition to Banco Sabadell, the event was supported by strategic partners such as Shakers, ILV Silver, and Qonto, who contributed to strengthening the reach of the initiative. ‘It is not only about innovation, but about building real bridges between corporates and startups so that talent and experience can mutually reinforce each other,’ said Jordi Martín del Val, CEO of Bcombinator.
With this third edition, Bcorporate Day has established itself as a strategic meeting point for leaders in innovation, investment, and digital transformation. Its value goes beyond networking: it fosters ‘out-of-the-box’ perspectives that allow corporations to gain agility and fresh insights, while startups gain access to consolidated resources and expertise. From this synergy emerges the engine that drives disruption and strengthens the competitiveness of the Spanish economy.
