PHYSIA CLOSES €300,000 ROUND WITH BCOMBINATOR'S SUPPORT.
The startup Physia, born in the UMH Science Park (PCUMH), has closed a financing round of 300,000 euros with the participation of Bcombinator, a fund specialized in high-potential technology startups, together with renowned Business Angels from the Health sector such as Gianluca Rossi, Pedro Rubio, Álex Vallés and Ana Santonja, and the public entity ENISA.
The entry of Bcombinator, with reference investors such as Erik Brieva, Andrés Echecopar and Jordi Martín del Val, represents not only an economic boost, but also a key strategic support for the consolidation and scaling of Physia, especially in its path towards a high-impact technological solution in the healthcare sector.
Thanks to this investment, the company will be able to accelerate the development of its platform, with a focus on improving functionalities, greater personalization and automation, as well as strengthening its marketing strategy and scaling up its team in technical and customer service areas. The goal is to continue optimizing the experience of professionals and patients through healthcare software powered by Artificial Intelligence.
“Our initial goal was to reach €200,000, and we have managed to exceed €300,000, which reinforces the confidence in our proposal and validates the need for a solution like ours in the Healthcare field,” says Marcos Valera, CEO of Physia.
A versatile solution for intelligent patient management

Its functionalities include 24/7 support, automated clinical interviews, personalized routines and a transversal automation layer adaptable to any medical specialty. In addition, the tool can be used both on a web platform and via WhatsApp, offering maximum flexibility for clinics and healthcare centers.
Its innovative approach has earned it recognition in the 13th UMH Start-up Creation Marathon, and now, with the support of Bcombinator and other strategic investors, Physia is entering a new phase of growth and consolidation in the HealthTech sector.
