It is the world’s largest competition for university entrepreneurs and is organized by the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO).

Pol Villaverde, founder and president of Palumba EU and student of the Master in Public Policy at Sciences Po, has reached an outstanding achievement by qualifying for the European final of the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA), which will take place on February 17 in Berlin, Germany.

Palumba EU: Innovation for Democracy

The winning project, Palumba EU, is the first pan-European voting guidance application designed by and for young people. Its purpose is to significantly reduce voter abstention by connecting voters with political programs that best align with their values.

In a critical context for democracy, security, social cohesion and the ecological crisis, Palumba EU is positioned as a key tool to empower youth and encourage active participation in Europe’s democratic processes.

• Patricio Martin Vidal with Sumum: Transforms financial education through an application in which users choose what to learn and connect with financial institutions.
• Miquel Mascaró with Aurea: Improves the quality of life of the elderly through activities, workshops and personalized services that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
• Lorenzo Scianca with Navi Fairs: Creates and manages virtual environments for exhibitions, fairs and conferences, allowing global interaction without physical limitations.
• Manuel Luis Vila Quindós con Sapinn: Consultora especializada en integrar la inteligencia artificial en las pymes españolas, enfocada en aumentar la productividad, reducir costes e impulsar la innovación.
  

The Barcelona semifinals were held in our coworking space.
